L. Heather Ramsey

L. Heather Ramsey is an adjunct instructor of Learning, Design and Technology (LDT). She teaches fully online courses in LDT and is a graduate of the department. She earned her B.A. in Elementary Education, M.Ed. in Reading Education and Learning, Design and Technology, and Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from UNC Charlotte. Heather is the Director of Educational Technology at The Fletcher School where they serve students with learning disabilities and ADHD. Her research interests include digital literacy and citizenship, assistive technology, and instructional design.
