Volunteer
• Podcaster: Dr. DePaul hosts the Unlabeled Leadership podcast, where he and his guests share personal stories about leadership practices and discuss actionable strategies that can influence individuals and organizations. The podcast aims to demystify leadership and equip listeners with practical tools for leading with purpose.
• HPT Admin: Dr. DePaul volunteers in two areas. First, he is an administrator of the HPT Treasures website, a Human Performance Technology (HPT) resource repository available to the public at no cost.
• Feral Cat Rescues: Dr. DePaul also volunteers to rescue and care for feral cats. He provides financial support and labors to care for their wellbeing. A recent rescue found him near the Stanley Creek. On a backroad, he came across a wet, four-week-old male kitten who would not have survived if it had not been a summer day. The kitten has recovered from parasites and infections and is happy.
