Scarlett Zhang is an Assistant Professor in the Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, Superintendent concentration. Dr. Zhang’s research interest focuses on the application and integration of advanced statistical analyses for assessing educational policy implementation, school conditions, leadership implementation in
schools, and student achievement in low-performing schools.
