Martin Honored with Reynolds Award

Congratulations to Dr. Florence Martin, recipient of the Inaugural Thomas L. Reynolds Leadership Award, which is given for outstanding service as a Graduate Program Director at UNC Charlotte. Dr. Martin has worked with colleagues to revise, lead, and/or create four programs while at UNC Charlotte: the Graduate Certificate, M.Ed., and Ed.D. Concentration in Learning, Design, and Technology (LDT) as well as the Post-Master’s Certificate in University and College Teaching. In addition, the LDT faculty, including Dr. Martin, Dr. Beth Oyarzun, and Dr. Ayesha Sadaf, has achieved a program-level Quality Matters endorsement. Dr. Martin serves as a Professor of LDT in the Department of Educational Leadership.
