Dr. Jules Keith-Le is an Academic Technology Support Analyst with the Office of OneIT, bringing over 20 years of educational experience from the public and private sectors. She has worked at UNC Charlotte for 12+ years in various instructional design and faculty development roles. Dr. Keith-Le has also taught at the University of South Florida, Santa Fe College, and Alachua County Public Schools, and spent five years as an Instructional Designer in the energy sector.

Dr. Keith-Le holds numerous certifications in instructional design, project management, business analysis, and facilitation. She is a certified practitioner of MBTI, DiSC, and Information Mapping, and a North Carolina State EEO & Diversity Fundamentals facilitator.

She earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership from UNC Charlotte, an MFA from the University of Florida, a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Systems Technology from UNC Charlotte, and a bachelor of science in Technology with a minor in Communications from Appalachian State University. Dr. Keith-Le is an emeritus board member of the UNC BRIDGES Academic Leadership program and is a member of the UNC Faculty Academic Developers Consortium. She is currently co-facilitating a faculty learning community on teaching with generative AI for the UNC System Office that engages employees from all 16 UNC system schools.

Dr. Keith-Le’s research interests include active learning practice, hyflex and blended learning, learning environment design, the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL), and negotiation strategies in higher ed. She is the editor (and an author) of Faculty Experiences in Active Learning: A Collection of Strategies for Implementing Active Learning Across Disciplines (2020), a book authored by 24 faculty and administrators at UNC Charlotte and published by UNC Press.
