Nick Findlater

Dr. Nick Findlater is a Senior Research Associate in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Analytics at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He received his Ph.D. in Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation from the Cato College of Education at UNC Charlotte; as well as, a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Before his current position, Dr. Findlater served as the Director of Institutional Research at Johnson C. Smith University. Dr. Findlater’s current research focus is on exploring the connections between recruitment, retention, and graduation rates of women and minoritized students in STEM majors and the technological evolution of the 21st-century economy.
