Tim Holland

Dr. Tim Holland is a career independent school educator and adjunct lecturer. His experiences have included the roles of teacher, coach, athletic director, dean of students, assistant principal, principal, and head of school. He earned his doctorate in organizational leadership from Vanderbilt University with his research capstone focusing on supporting student engagement in online learning programs. Originally from South Florida, Tim spent time in Knoxville, Tennessee prior to moving to North Carolina. He has served as Head of School at Caldwell Academy in Greensboro since 2020.
